06. Feel comfortable ordering food.
I love going to restaurants, but I dread having to order my meal. I don’t eat the healthiest, and if I were a thin person, no doubt I would never be judged, but I think because I’m overweight, some people think I should be eating a salad instead. I could be wrong. Maybe no one cares. But I do get very paranoid. If I feel more comfortable and confident, this paranoia will fade.
